Automation has been changing the nature of work for hundreds of years. It has replaced manual labor’s most repetitive, intensive tasks. It has steadily accelerated the speed of production, and created new streams of work. Today we’re adding artificial intelligence, including machine and deep learning, to automation. But even with AI-enabled automation, it isn’t about replacing man with robots or human agent with a virtual agent. Rather, it’s about supporting our human abilities and ingenuity – enabling us to create and innovate. Join Doug Reeder in exploring the intelligent automation ecosystem and its impact on the future of work.
